Educational Offerings: 

 

FULL BODY ROLL OUT ---MAY 21, 2025 at MeFitness Studios, 5:30pm-7:30pm, $45 or $50 for a pinky massage ball & $50 for LMT 2CEU certification. 

    Spend some time with bodyworker Eva Strickland rolling around on props for myofascial release and self-massage. We will use foam rollers, bricks, the famous pinky ball, and our breath for self-massage. Leave with techniques you can implement daily for self-care. 

    Props will be provided, but please feel free to bring any of your own foam rollers and massage balls. 

**Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

CE COURSES for LMTs:

I offer certified contact-hours (CEUs) for licensed massage therapists in Oregon.

I offer private, duet or trios at my private practice at SE 79th & SE Stark in Portland.

 

Rates per hour (1 credit per hour):

Single person $90. 

Duet $85 per person.

Trio $85 per person. 

 

I am available for hire for outcall CE courses. Prices are negotiated.
