TESTIMONIALS:
Eva is the most gifted massage therapist I have ever been to! Her knowledge of anatomy, movement and nutrition is astounding and she provides a very nurturing and therapeutic touch, along with the much needed deep tissue work. I always feel restored, safe, relaxed and cared for leaving my sessions with her. She provides great feedback and advice, I highly recommend getting a treatment with Eva! -MS
I am so thankful to have been introduced to Eva several years ago. Her knowledge and insight regarding the body are remarkable. And her intuition during sessions is Uncanny. I leave each and every meeting lighter and brighter. -JM
Eva helped me learn how to isolate muscle groups and connect them in my brain so that I can target areas that need improvement. I have a degenerative disease that effects my muscles and the restorative Pilates and massage work Eva does helped me learn to balance myself and walk normally! I can’t say enough about the skill and expertise this caring women has for her clients, she is simply the best. -CA
Eva is a wonderful mentor, Pilates instructor and manual therapist. Eva mentored me through my Pilates teacher training program at Cascadia Pilates and Core Align in 2018. She was instrumental in contributing to my positive experience. Eva was always willing to discuss any aspect of teaching; whether it was something I was enjoying or needing to improve on. She supplied emotional support in an appropriate manner and provided me with memorable lifelong lessons. It is partly because of my mentorship experience with Eva that I feel confident supporting others through their somatic and psychological experience in Pilates. -WS
Eva went above and beyond as a mentor to me during my Pilates teacher training. Her background as a massage therapist proved to be invaluable. I struggled with grasping the anatomical concepts in our program but she was able to explain anatomy in a way that was easy to understand and approachable. Eva also taught me various deep tissue techniques, such as an amazing pec opener, that I will take with me through my Pilates career. Eva’s ability to translate her in-depth knowledge of anatomy into personalized and effective class plans and private sessions made her such a unique mentor. -P
What you taught today is NOT invasive but rather very sensitive potent work. And you are a very good teacher- describing how it’s all interconnected, creating stimulating conversations and giving patient positive good feeling instruction/guidance. I very much enjoyed your vibe and your teaching style! -CL
